Orders
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain details about the products, price, billing, and shipping addresses.

Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 2-5 days. Please note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.

Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors in the price list, typographical errors, or changes in costs from our suppliers.

Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the goods you ordered.

5.1 Using Your Right of Withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your order. The message should be sent to info@buffobaby.se. In your message, include your name, address, email, order number, and the items being returned.
You must return the products to us immediately, and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
You are responsible for the return shipping and ensuring the products are in the same condition as when they were received.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are shipped. If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we will rectify the issue free of charge in accordance with consumer protection laws.
You must contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Claims should be made immediately after discovering the defect.

6.1 How to Make a Claim:
Any defects should be reported to info@buffobaby.se, where you should provide your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a replacement, we will refund the defective product according to consumer protection laws. We will cover return shipping for approved claims.
We reserve the right to reject a claim if the product is not defective according to consumer protection laws. Claims are handled according to guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by improper use of the product. For best durability and safety, please refer to the product description, which includes proper care and usage instructions.
