These terms of purchase apply when you, as a customer, make a purchase via Buffo Baby's webshop. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy.

Buffo Baby is operated on the Shopify platform, but all purchase agreements are concluded between you and Buffo Baby.

3. Order

When you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.
A binding agreement is only entered into once we have confirmed your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of incorrect information or suspicion of fraud.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
Any shipping costs will be shown at checkout before purchase.

We use secure payment solutions via Shopify.

5. Delivery

Delivery time is stated in connection with the order.
We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

If your delivery is delayed, you have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are specified at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by transport companies or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at info@buffobaby.se.

The product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we received and approved the return.

8. Complaints

If an item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to complain about it in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.

9. Product Information

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.
However, colors and appearance may differ depending on screen and settings.

We reserve the right to adjust product information and assortment without prior notice.
